Haefeli & Schroeder negotiates market-leading insurance solutions and makes them available to its partner broker. The best provider (in terms of content quality and price efficiency) is awarded the contract for the respective product. Depending on the product, panels with several insurers can also be selected.
The various products are regularly put out to tender and checked for relevance and topicality of the cover – in this way we relieve the partner broker and reduce his professional liability risk from customer advice. In addition, we help the partner broker to be successful with his customers through comprehensive and high-quality advice.
Important: the partner broker retains the full customer relationship – Haefeli & Schroeder acts exclusively as enabler and in the background.

Cooperation and how you as a broker get access to the platform

- Haefeli & Schroeder will send you the access data
- After receipt, you can log in, select products on the web-based platform, request quotes and take out policies in a few minutes.
- Depending on the selected product, you will receive an overview of the risk questions to be answered. The customer answers these in a few minutes by drop down and tick box and you will immediately receive a binding offer with up to 3 limit options, which you can discuss with the customer.
- There is no interaction with the insurer, no more lengthy correspondence with the underwriter. If the customer agrees, you click on the desired offer variant in your profile “accept” and immediately afterwards you will receive the policy together with the invoice as a pdf file, which you can forward to your customer by email. There is no confirmation of cover and the final policy is issued directly.
- With the platform you have an administration tool and can access an overview at any time and easily / at a glance and call up details on the respective contracts. Before renewal, you will also receive an automatic reminder message for your contracts in your profile.
- Haefeli & Schroeder will be happy to help you with the individual case examination if there are reasons that exceptionally prevent a direct conclusion via the platform.
