Transaction Risks

The products of this group have in common that they hedge a one-off risk, the effects of which last for a long time, usually over several years. However, the main reason for purchasing M&A or POSI policies is actually a classic one: high risk in terms of amount with a relatively low probability of occurrence. In addition, the transaction policies have a stabilising effect on the transaction itself and are comparatively easy to calculate.
